Heather Clark

Heather Clark is CEO of the Housing Multiplier Project. She founded the Housing Multiplier Project after leaving the Biden White House, where she oversaw U.S. building sector climate policy. Heather comes from a background in affordable housing where, as a developer, she pioneered some of the most ambitious decarbonization and clean energy projects in the country to benefit underserved communities. Heather is also a Senior Fellow at MIT and Principal of Biome Studio. She serves on the board of Let’s Build Homes and the Refrigerant Emissions Elimination Forum, and is a member of the CRREM Technical Council.
